Expected Outcome:

  • This 1-week LEGO Robotics camp is designed to introduce them to the basics of robotics using LEGO WeDo 2.0 kits. Through hands-on building, programming, and problem-solving activities, children will learn fundamental concepts of robotics, explore various sensors and actuators, and develop teamwork and collaboration skills. The camp culminates in a showcase where kids can demonstrate their creations and newfound skills to their peers and families.

Lesson 1

Getting Started with LEGO WeDo 2.0
Introduction to LEGO WeDo 2.0 and the user interface (UI)
Building a simple robot (e.g., a science rover, spy camera) using LEGO WeDo 2.0 kit
